Police are investigating an incident of assault at Kie Skatepark, Whitehaven, that occurred on 4 October between 4pm and 6:30pm.
A 13-year-old was assaulted by a large group of youths, aged between 10-15 years old, he sustained no injuries.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “A member of the public intervened and assisted the teen.
“Officers are keen to speak to this individual to help with the investigation.”
