Police are appealing for witnesses following an incident of public order offences that occurred at 12.35pm the 25th October outside Tesco Express on Rawlinson Street in Barrow.
A white male described as 5ft 9ins, of skinny build and was wearing grey tracksuit bottoms with white/black stripes on the sides, a long black puffa jacket and wearing sunglasses on top of his head, was seen to be repeatedly swearing at the public, including children, and attempting to hit passing cars
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have been in the area of Rawlinson Street at the above time and could identify the male.”
