Police are investigating an incident that occurred on 2nd December at around 9am, at the junction of Crown Street and Lapstone Road, near to Wellington Street, Millom.
A 39-year-old man from Millom was arrested on suspicion of common assault and dangerous driving. He has been released under investigation.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “Officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or anyone who may have CCTV or dashcam footage to please get in touch.”
