Appeal for witnesses after boy assaulted and forced off bicycle

Police are appealing for witnesses to an incident of assault and theft of a bicycle in Carlisle.

It has been reported that a boy in his teens was assaulted by two other boys and forced off his bike on he corner of Aglionby Street and Warwick Square on February 10 at around 4.30pm.

The boy suffered minor injuries.

One of the boys has then taken this bicycle towards the area of Hart Street. This was later recovered.

Officers would like to speak to anybody that has seen a group of young teenagers in this area at the time.
