Top Gear returns to our screens tonight and the Lake District will take a starring role in the first episode.
Presenters Freddie Flintoff, Paddy McGuinness and Chris Harris were filming in the county last year for the popular BBC One motoring show.
They headed to the Lake District for an emotional reunion with their dad’s old cars and were filmed across the area, including on the Windermere Ferry.
Cumbria County Council posted on social media: “We were delighted to welcome BBC Top Gear presenters Freddie Flintoff, Paddy McGuinness and Chris Harris on board our Windermere Ferry while they were filming in the Lakes for their new series.”
It will be broadcast tonight on BBC One at 8pm.
