Temporary traffic lights will operate while an £180,000 repair scheme is carried out on the A6 roundabout with Junction 42 of the M6 next month.
Slip roads will also be closed during the work, which will begin on Monday, May 10.
All work will be carried out from 7pm to 6am to improve the road surface.
It is due to be completed by the morning of Wednesday May 19.

Monday 10 and Tuesday 11 May: Southbound A6 exit slip closed / Northbound M6 exit slip closed.
Wednesday 12 May: Southbound A6 exit slip closed / Northbound A6 entrance slip closed / C1014 road to Durdar closed / Northbound M6 exit slip closed / Southbound entrance slip closed.
Thursday 13 May Southbound M6 exit slip closed / B6263 road to Cumwhinton closed.
Friday 14 May: Southbound M6 exit slip closed / B6263 road to Cumwhinton closed.
Monday 17 and Tuesday 18 May: Southbound M6 entrance slip closed / South side A6 Junction.
Signed diversions will be in place each night.
