
Lifeboat volunteers were called out to assist a fishing boat that had broken down.
Workington RNLI’s inshore lifeboat, the John F Mortimer, was called out at 10.22am today by CGOC Belfast Coastguard.
They were called out to the vessel, which had broken down about a half a mile from the Port of Workington.
Two people were onboard and both were safe and well.
