People are invited to a garden party at Scalesceugh Hall & Villas near Carlisle on Friday May 21 and Saturday May 22.
The team at Scalesceugh Hall & Villas have organised the event at the countryside estate in Carleton for Annie Mawson’s Sunbeams Music Trust, and the company’s chosen charity of the year, Oak Tree Animals’ Charity.
Taking place on the lawns in front of the Grade II listed Edwardian mansion, guests will have the chance to enjoy live music and once again safely socialise with others, while being treated to an afternoon tea box and a glass of fizz.
Alongside the musical entertainment and refreshments, a raffle is being held to help raise funds for two Cumbrian charities.
Founded by Cumbrian born Harpist and Singer, Annie Mawson MBE in 1992, Sunbeams Music Trust provides community music to children and adults in Cumbria with disabilities and complex medical needs.
Located at Oak Tree Farm at Wetheral, Oak Tree Animals’ Charity provides a safe place for all animals in their time of need as the organisation rehomes dogs, cats, and equines and works to support good, long-term healthy relationships between animals and their owners out in the community.
