Police are investigating a fail to stop road traffic collision which occurred overnight on Sunday in Windermere.
A small black 4×4 was hit by another vehicle which left the scene on Limethewaite Road and police are looking for witnesses who may have heard the collision or seen a vehicle with front nearside damage.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting log number 79 of 23rd May.
