The Red Arrows are due to fly over north and West Cumbria today.
The Royal Air Force team crossed Cumbria yesterday on their way from Scampton to Prestwick and are due to return today.
The aerobatic team are taking the yellow route indicated on the map and are due to pass Workington at around 2.30pm.
