Gary Pratt returns to lead the Cumbria team for the NCA Trophy quarter final with Suffolk at Barrow on Sunday.

Pratt missed the last group game with Shropshire because of unavailability but the contest was rained off with the visitors on 96-6.

Paul Hindmarch, who was injured for that game, has been passed fit and will also come into the squad as Cumbria bid to reach the semi-final.

They also have an attractive friendly on Tuesday when they will play a Lancashire X1 at Sedbergh School in a warm-up game for the County Championship side ahead of their 50-over competition.

The squad for Sunday is: Gary Pratt (capt, Richmondshire),Sam Dutton (Blackpool), Michael Slack (Carlisle), Nathan Waterston (Furness), Ben Davidson (Carlisle), Matthew Sempill (Cockermouth), Paul Hindmarch (Cockermouth), Tom Benn (Carlisle), Nico Watt (Wigton), Sam Sharp (Cockermouth), James McGown (Keswick), Matthew Siddall (Blackpool).

For the game with Lancashire, Matthew Lowdon (Workington) replaces McGown.
