Police are appealing for witnesses to a report of a daytime sexual assault by a man in his 60s in Whitehaven.
The incident happened on King Street, Whitehaven at 10.30am on Wednesday July 14 and involved a man and a woman.
It is reported the man made non-consensual sexual contact with the woman as they were passing in the street.
The man is described as 6ft 1in, in his 60s, of slim build with short grey hair.
He was wearing a pale blue top, dark jeans and dark shoes.
