Police have confirmed that no further action will be taken against a man who was arrested following a fight at a luxury Lake District hotel.
Officers were called after a report that members of staff of the Lodore Falls Hotel, Keswick, were fighting at around 2.35pm on September 5.
A 29-year-old man was later arrested on suspicion of affray.
A police spokesman has confirmed that he has now been released and no further action will be taken.
