Police are investigating an incident of public order that occurred on North Road by Premier Business Park, Barrow today at around 10.50am.
It has been reported a man was riding a mountain bike shouting insulting comments at a member of the public.
The man described to be aged in his late 40s, 5ft 9ins, stocky build with grey shoulder length hair wearing a grey top, dark trousers and trainers.
