A man in his 50s suffered serious injuries following an assault in the early hours in Barrow.
The incident happened at around 3.30am on Sunday on Dalkeith Street at the corner of Scott Street.
The incident is reported to have involved three men. One of the men is reported to have been in the company of other males.
A man in his 50s suffered serious injuries and a man in his 20s suffered a face and hand injury.
