A 73-year-old woman has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a crash in south Cumbria.
Police are appealing for witnesses after a two-vehicle collision on the A65 near Lupton.
The crash involved a BMW 3 series and a Suzuki Swift.
The driver of the Suzuki, a 73-year-old woman from York, has been taken to Royal Preston Hospital with serious injuries.
An occupant of the BMW has been taken to Royal Lancaster Infirmary with minor injuries.
