Traffic has now returned to normal after earlier problems caused by signal failure.
Heavy traffic was being reported on the A66 due to traffic light failure at Kemplay Bank Roundabout.
The traffic lights were not allowing enough traffic onto the roundabout, which was leading to heavy traffic.
