Three blocks of woodland more than 12 football pitches big have been sold for £50,000.
H&H Land & Estates brought two lots to market on November 3, which included 48 acres of land near Ulverston and woodland near Calderbridge, Seascale.
Lot 1 comprised 48.02 acres of Grade 3 meadow, pasture, and arable land, located near the village of Leece and was offered with a guide price of £330,000. It sold for £400,000.
Lot 2, totalling 16.14 acres, contained three blocks of ancient, semi-natural woodland near Calderbridge, and had a guide price of £50,000. It sold for the guide price.
H&H Land & Estates was unable to provide the identity of the buyer of either lot.
