A man has been arrested after reports of indecent exposure in the Egremont area.
Darren Quinn, 35, of Main Street, Egremont, was seen on the cycle path leading towards Cleator Moor at around 1.40pm yesterday.
Officers swiftly attended and arrested him.
Quinn was this morning, December 7, charged with three counts of indecent exposure.
He was transferred to Workington Magistrates’ Court without bail, where he was due to appear today.
Detective Inspector Hayley Wilkinson said: “Safeguarding the community is a top priority. Such offences are taken extremely seriously, which is why we have acted swiftly on the information received and made this arrest.”
