At about 7.30pm on December 14, a 14-year-old boy, who was with two other teenagers, was assaulted by a man near to Penrith and Eden Museum on Middlegate.

The man is described as being aged in his late 30s or early 40s, 5ft 9 and was wearing a blue waterproof jacket and black walking trousers. The man was also seen walking a small dog.
