CCTV released after Carlisle Lidl robbery

A CCTV image has been released after a robbery at Carlisle’s Lidl supermarket.

Police investigating a robbery at the Charlotte Street store on December 10 at 7.20pm have released an image of a man they wish to speak with.

A member of staff at Lidl was assaulted by a man who left the store without paying for items.

Police are looking for anyone who may have witnessed the man’s involvement, anyone who recognises the man or any other information which will assist the police investigation.

Anyone with information relating to this incident can report online incident 198 of December 10 at www.cumbria.police.uk/reportit. You can also contact the OIC, PC 2895 Miller on 101.
