The A66 has reopened after a collision.
Police said they closed the road in both directions between Kirkby Thore and Crackenthorpe following the incident, which happened at about 9am and the road would remain closed while they dealt with the incident.
It reopened at around 3.44pm.
Yesterday, the road was closed by Cafe Sixty Six for emergency services to deal with a collision.
