A community-owned village pub in West Cumbria is seeking new landlords to take on the inn.
The Lowther Arms in Mawbray, near Maryport, reopened in June after a mammoth community effort.
It is owned by 300 shareholders, members of the Lowther Arms Community Project.
It had been closed for two-and-a-half years before the community stepped in.
In just 13 weeks, they raised £150,000 and were given £100,000 by Co-operatives UK in match funding.
Previous tenants Madeline Carter and Warren Machell have left due to personal reasons and now the project is looking for new tenants.
A spokesman said: “We are seeking enthusiastic, community-minded, capable tenants with a strong track record, to work with the local community to run the business as a traditional country pub serving great food.
“The Lowther Arms is an important community asset for both locals and visitors alike.”
There is also an adjoining local-authority-licensed, four-pitch caravan and campsite, including a camping pod, which could be included in the pub business or run as a separate enterprise.
The annual rent is £12,000 and the tenancy is being advertised with Mere Commercial.
