A man punched, kicked and stamped on his victim in a train toilet between Lancaster and Barrow.

At just before 9pm on Sunday, February 20, the victim was inside the bathroom on-board the service when a man forced open the door.

He then started punching the victim in the face until he fell to the floor, at which point he kicked and stamped on the victim.

Officers believe the man in the CCTV images may have information that could help their investigation.

If you recognise him, or have any information, contact BTP by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 497 of 20/02/22.

Alternatively, call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
