Northside celebrate the second leg of the quadruple after beating Sun Inn 4 0 in the President’s Cup final at Borough Park

Liverpool are trailing Northside in the race to the quadruple!

While the Merseysiders only have one piece of silverware guaranteed, Northside wrapped up their second at the weekend.

They beat Sun Inn 4-0 in the final of the Workington Sunday League’s President’s Cup to add to their Premier Division title.

Liverpool are looking to add the FA Cup, Premier League Championship and Champions League trophy to their collection, started by the League Cup.

Northside have the League Cup final to contest on Thursday night at Borough Park and on Sunday are in the Premier Divisional Cup final at Flimby. They take on Deer Orchard in both.

Against Sun Inn, Northside were clear 4-0 winners with goals from Steffan Scott (2), Darren Little and Tommy Whitehead.

The Divisional Cup final for Division One clubs takes place tonight at Borough Park with Maryport Athletic taking on Sun Inn Athletic.
