
Cautious continued a winning run for Stephen Riley by leading in the seniors at the HTA meeting over the Low Place course.
It was her second win of the season to join a clutch of five hounds on two victories so far, in pursuit of table leader Duchess Ava who is on four.
Huntsman’s Rebel has gone one ahead of Ned’s Gain in the race for the puppy title – seven wins to six – after beating Huntsman’s Rally. Ned’s Gain finished in third.

The open maidens was won by local hound Mitredale Loyalty owned by the Steel family while the open restricted was won by Ian Donaldson’s Huntsman’s Quartz
The next meeting is on Wednesday at Bridekirk with three trails for hounds, pups and open maidens. First trail at 6.30pm.
