After their win in Northumberland in the NCCA Championship opening fixture, Cumbria make four changes for the follow up this weekend.
They start the next three-day game on Sunday at Barrow against Cambridgeshire.
Former skipper Gary Pratt, who scored centuries in his last two one day games for the county, is available again.
He joins the batting line up along with two exciting run makers, one of whom will be making his Cumbria debut.
Evan Williams, an 18-year-old pupil at Sedbergh School, played one Championship game last season (top score 25) and has been in fine form recently.
He hit a magnificent 186 playing for Sedbergh School against Scarborough College at Yorkshire’s Scarborough ground last week.
The debutant is Ben Walkden, 19, already captain of the Myerscough club in Manchester and a member of the Lancashire 2nds squad.

A stylish opening bat he has a top score of 81 in a match against Middlesex 2nds in May this year.
At Lancashire he is a team mate of JJ Fielding, who has played a couple of one day games this season for Cumbria.
The fourth change sees young teenage off spinner Josh Stirling from Carlisle join the team.
He is on Lancashire’s radar and has turned in some steady performances for Cumbria League Premier Division leaders Carlisle.
The men who drop out are Alex Grainger, Jacques Du Toit, Sam Medhurst and Sam Dutton.
The team is: Michael Slack (capt), Evan Williams, Ben Davidson, Ben Walkden, Gary Pratt, Matthew Sempill, Nico Watt, Brodie Glendinning, Drew Postlethwaite, Josh Stirling, Matthew Siddall.
