A safe and cash have been stolen from a Lake District cafe.
The venue, in Waterhead, Ambleside, was broken into at around 12.30am on Saturday, July 16.
Police have issued a description of a suspect, who was wearing all black clothing with white trainers. When they left the cafe, they were carrying a light-coloured fabric shoulder bag.
Officers are looking for any witnesses who may have been in Waterhead around that time and for any vehicles with dashcam fitted to check the footage around the time of the offence for anyone matching the description.
