Well known artist Michelle Mackie will launch her new summer collection at Windermere Fine Art Gallery this weekend.
In her first gallery appearance since 2020, Michelle will unveil 11 new pieces on Saturday, including a number which can only be seen and bought at the Beech Street venue.
This collection is her style of digital art with a female model, who has been photographed in real life and then layered with other imagery.
Gallery owner Matthew Titherington, said: “Her last public launch event was in Edinburgh in 2020 so we’re delighted to be chosen as the first gallery since the pandemic to launch her new summer collection. She is such a collectible artist as each of her pieces is so unique yet so recognisable. We’ll have drinks and canapes at the launch and would love to see as many art enthusiasts come down as possible.”
Michelle will be in attendance from 1pm to 4pm for guests to drop in and chat about her unique style of digital art.
