Workington Trades Hall will be auctioned off next month, with a guide price of £50,000.
The Grade II-listed building, on Brow Top, dates back to the 19th century and has been used by several organisations and charities over the years.
It will go under the hammer next month at an Auction House auction on December 8 in Carlisle.
The company said: “It has last been used as office accommodation but is suitable for a variety of uses subject to any necessary planning approvals.”
The detached building has eight rooms and a kitchen on the ground floor, five rooms and WCs on the first floor and three rooms on the second floor. There is a forecourt and disabled WC at front.
