Barrow boss Pete Wild admits he is completely frustrated by the current run of results, capped by last night’s 1-0 defeat at Doncaster.
He said: “I thought it was a game for the taking and we couldn’t manage it.
“The first half just simply wasn’t good enough so we changed shape in the second half and were a lot better.
“But we didn’t work their goalkeeper, which was very disappointing, and to be fair our keeper didn’t have much to do either.
“We are going to put this right. I spent a bit of time with them afterwards and told them they need to stand up and be counted.
“There may be a lack of confidence at the moment through results but I want players to get on the ball and show what they are capable of.
“I don’t want any shrinking violets on Saturday when we have a tough game at Bradford but want to go there and show what we are capable of.
“The first half was nowhere near good enough but the second half showing, with a change of shape, has given me food for thought ahead of Saturday.”
