The staff bank offers one of the most flexible ways to work within the National Health Service (NHS), you only need to agree to work one shift every three months!

Bank workers are an integral support to our substantive workforce and are needed to cover known vacancies, sicknesses and other staff shortages. In return, bank workers can access CNTW’s Thrive health and wellbeing offers, whilst furthering their personal and professional development.
