Belle Vue have confirmed the draw for the Peter Craven Memorial at the National Speedway Stadium on Monday.

It’s the first major meeting of the new speedway season and two former Workington riders feature in a class field.

Charles Wright has been drawn one with Dan Bewley at 16 and the prestige meeting will once again be decided by a six-man Grand Final, following a five-man semi-final after the regular 20-heat programme.

Michael Palm Toft defends the trophy he won last season, with former recent winners Jason Doyle and Bewley in the line-up along with two more ex-World Champions, Nicki Pedersen and Chris Holder.

DRAW: 1 Charles Wright, 2 Robert Lambert, 3 Chris Holder, 4 Brady Kurtz, 5 Krzysztof Kasprzak, 6 Matej Zagar, 7 Max Fricke, 8 Tom Brennan, 9 Jason Doyle, 10 Nicki Pedersen, 11 Michael Palm Toft, 12 Fredrik Lindgren, 13 Tobiasz Musielak, 14 Jaimon Lidsey, 15 Norick Blodorn, 16 Dan Bewley. Reserves: 17 Jake Mulford, 18 Jack Smith.
