A Carlisle man has been charged following a stop and search on English Street.
James Bell, 50, of Ravenstone Way, Carlisle has been charged with possession with intent to supply cocaine – a Class A controlled drug.
He has been remanded to appear before Carlisle Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
