A man shouted racist abuse at a woman outside a West Cumbrian takeaway – and police are looking for a witness.
The incident happened on Duke Street in Whitehaven on February 11 at around 2am and officers have issued an appeal for a man who may have seen it happen.
They have urged him to come forward.
