Kendal Town are to write to the North West Counties League at the end of the season over the allocation of midweek fixtures.
The Mintcakes have had a long sequence of Tuesday night matches away from home and they are on their travels again this week at Padiham.
Chairman Michael O’Neill said: “That’s one of the better ones for us but we are going to ask for a review of the fixtures for next season.
“When we played at Bury a week gone Saturday that was our first away game in the League on a Saturday since October.
“If the fixtures are done manually somebody has got it in for Kendal Town Football Club if they are done electronically we have just been very unlucky.
“We intend to make a point about the amount of travelling we have had to do on a Tuesday.”
Kendal lost their home game yesterday, going down 2-0 to West Didsbury and Chorlton.
An unfortunate own goal gave the visitors the lead on the half hour and that was doubled on the hour by Ben Elliott.
“I think it should be noted that our manager Jimmy Marshall did not play anybody who had any sort of knock or twinge and gave some of the younger players a run-out.
“I am sure he will adopt a similar policy on Tuesday at Padiham because our League position is not under threat and we have our eyes on two Cup games.

“The first is the Macron Cup semi-final at home to Congleton on Saturday and then we have the Westmorland County Cup final at the end of the month.
“I fully support the decision by Jimmy (Marshall) and really the younger players who came in worked really hard. It was a decent game but the visitors just had that little bit extra which won them the game,” said O’Neill.
The chairman was also delighted at the 350 as he had set a target of topping 300 for the last three home games.
“There was a great atmosphere around the stadium and we are trying to do a bit more to increase the match-day experience for the fans.
“After our game we staged girls matches for the Westmorland League and it was great to see families, women and girls watching them,” said O’Neill.
