Mrs Fell said: “Ice cream and dog ice creams, food and refreshments will be served on the day from The Tearoom and Education Room.

“This July there is a 10 per cent discount on all takeaway food orders from The Tearoom, and you’ll get a free Picnic For Pets Pack too.

“There will also be a cake stall in the central paddock, with a dedicated picnic area to sit on the grass and enjoy your tearoom takeaway. We ask that the public use the bins provided or take their rubbish home with them.

“In Orchard Yard, you will find all kinds of fantastic second-hand bargains, including affordable pet equipment (for dogs, cats and horses), homeware, clothes, toys, gifts and other goodies too.

“Blackburn Woods opposite the Oak Tree site is going to be the site of a Teddy Bear Hunt! Buy a trail sheet from reception for £3 and search the woods for teddy bears hiding in the trees. Once completed, return your sheet to reception, and win a teddy bear of your own!

“There will be trained members of staff and partnered vets, Paragon and Coomara, available on the day to help with any pet-related questions. There will also be children’s crafts, equine demonstrations, a coconut shy, tin can alley, maypole, tombolas, and so much more!

“We hope to see you all there!”
