A distinctive road sign that marks the entrance to a coastal Cumbrian village has been stolen.
Ravenglass’ entry sign was reported to police as stolen on Saturday August 28 at 6.01pm and is believed to have first been spotted as missing around noon the same day.
The sign has been unbolted from its support posts despite it being both heavy and made from metal.
