Lowca, pushing for a top-four play-off place in Holmen Iggesund Cumberland ARL had a good 40-6 win at Kells A.
It was an impressive second-half performance by Lowca who only had a slender 8-6 lead at half-time.
Lowca had scored two tries to fashion that lead as Emerson Allen and Evan Hodgson both crossed and in between Corey Chambers had scored a try for Kells which Dan Starkie converted.
The second half was the Mitchell Todd show for Lowca as he went over four times. His first came right after the re-start on 42 minutes, his second came on 59 minutes and then two tries in as many minutes (76 and 78) gave him his four try haul.
Allen scored his second try on 57 minutes, converted by Hodgson who finished with four goals. Hodgson also scored his second try after 67 minutes.
Wath Brow A, still in there pitching for the title, were comfortable 48-6 winners against Ellenborough A.
The Hornets scored a number of good tries and quite a few different players managed to get on the score sheet.
The outstanding try of the night was one by Daley Stables, who forced his way through a number of tackles and hopped and skipped past others to score right under the sticks, to add to the Brows tally soon after the start of the second half.
Liam Mattinson (2), Jack Meagan, Luke Spivey, Jamie McCallister Peter Caddy, Daley Stables, man of the match Brad White and Kevin Christian scored one try each.
Ellenborough’s consolation try was scored in the 75th minute by Louis Fearon and converted by their man of the match Rocco Okesene.
