The Holmen Iggesund Cumberland ARL season is drawing to a close.
Champions Distington met Ellenborough A last night.
The two should have met last week but Elbra A had to pull out of the fixture through not having enough players.
Also playing last night were Maryport at home to Hensingham A. The hosts will want to finish on a high after being edged out of a top four finish last week.
That went to Lowca after they beat Maryport and they are back in action this afternoon at Wath Brow A.
The Hornets will finish second in the table and this will be a good test for Lowca who have been one of the eye-catching sides in the League over the second-half of the season.
