A West Cumbrian road will be closed for around three weeks as work to improve a West Cumbrian bridge gets underway.
Contractors have moved in to start the second phase of improvements to Blaze Bridge, near High Lorton, which includes building the parapet approach walls.
A fully signed diversion for traffic is in place.
Earlier this year, workers have installed rock armour, rebuilt the retaining wall, improved drainage and repointed the bridge.
