The second in the winter series of shows organised by Flimby Homing Society attracted 101 entries.
John Gregg and Mark Rudd had the tough job of judging the large class of old hens.
In the end they gave tickets to the following fanciers:-
1, 5, McLuckie bros; 2, Williams and Hadfield; 3, Berwick and co; 4, Mr and Mrs Proctor; 6, 7, J. and A. Edgar; 8, Bromley and co.
Next Wednesday’s show in Flimby Social Club is for young cocks which judging at 7-30pm.
Workington Victoria start their winter series in the Union Jack Club on Friday night. The first class is for old cocks and judging will be at 7-30pm.
