Passers-by in Carlisle were targeted by people in an SUV in Carlisle city centre.
The grey vehicle was seen driving around at around 11pm on Saturday December 16 while items were thrown out of it.
Police would like to hear from anyone that has information about the vehicle or its occupants and are investigating the incident as an assault.
