Barrow forward Sam Bellis has joined National League side Kidderminster on loan for the rest of the season.

The 21-year-old joined the Bluebirds in the summer having spent time in the Manchester City and Southampton academy teams.

Since joining the Bluebirds in the summer, Bellis has been in a number of first-team matchday squads and has made a total of three appearances from the bench so far.

But it’s been in the club’s B Team where Bellis has shown his true qualities in front of goal and he has scored four times in just three matches.

Sporting director, Iain Wood said: “It’s a great opportunity for young Sam to go out and play games at a level that will test him.

“Sam has all the tools to kick on during this loan spell. We have all seen the ability he possesses in training and hopefully, he’ll be able to showcase this talent in the National League.”
