A road is closed in St Bees due to a gas leak.
St Bees Parish Council said on its Facebook page that the emergency closure was in place on the Outrigg road due to a ‘likelihood of danger’.
It added that the road was expected to be closed until at least Monday, June 10.
Alternative routes for drivers, pedestrians and cyclists are in place.
