
Carlisle City have completed the loan signing of young centre-back Josh O’Brien from Carlisle United.
City manager Dan Kirkup is delighted to have O’Brien in his squad and says he will be with them until December 31 when the arrangement will be appraised.
Brien was on a works experience loan at Workington last season but only played briefly in the NPL Premier Division.
He joins City ahead of their friendly game tomorrow against Creetown and on Tuesday the final warm-up game will be against Carlisle United Under-18s.
