Cumbria will come up against Bedfordshire again in the NCCA Championship next season.

In the final games of the summer Lincolnshire earned sufficient bonus points to overtake Bedfordshire who were thus relegated back to Division Two for the 2025 season.

Suffolk beat Lincolnshire to climb off the foot of the Division One table but the bonus points were enough to keep them in the top flight.

Cambridgeshire bowled out Norfolk for 95 to earn promotion to Division One. James Cox took 7/49 following his 7/26 against Cumbria earlier in the season.

Likely three-day Championship fixtures for Cumbria next year seem to be: Northumberland  and Norfolk at home and Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire away.

Meanwhile Cumbria are waiting to hear whether Freddie Fallows has won the award in the NCCA Championship for the most valuable player.

At the last count he was in front with 61 points from Jack Beaumont of Suffolk (54) and Andrew Neal (Hertfordshire) 50.
