CeX in Workington

Two men have been charged in connection with burglaries at two Cumbrian CeX shops.

The branch in Carlisle, on Scotch Street, was broken into on July 23 and Workington’s Pow Street branch was broken into on July 26.

Liam Andrew Brogden, 39, of Dawson Mount, Bradford, appeared before Carlisle’s magistrates’ court yesterday.

Stewart Zak Walton, 43, of Percy Street, Keighley, appeared at court on September 14.

Both face two counts of burglary and were remanded in custody.

They will appear before Carlisle Crown Court on October 14.
