A section of the A595 was closed following a three vehicle crash.
Drivers were reporting long queues and heavy traffic following the closure of a section of the A595 near Scalegill Road, Moor Row.
Emergency services were called at 10am today, Friday November 22. Diversions were in place to manage traffic.
Police asked people to avoid the area where possible.
