A new Carlisle bar celebrating dance music from the 1990s and early 2000s will open this week.
Skool, on Devonshire Street, will be run by Pete with his partner Chloe Quinn.
It will be open six days a week with Pete DJing in the bar on Friday and Saturday nights.
Pete and Chloe said final preparations are being made for Skool to open this Friday, November 29.
Pete said: “It’s been a lot of hard work, but we’ve been so lucky to have some great people working on the bar who have really seen our vision and, at times, gone beyond that to suggest how we can make things even better.”
Chloe added: “It’s been a lot of long days and late nights, but in this last week it feels like everything has just come together really quickly and we are almost ready to welcome everyone in to enjoy a few drinks, some great music and have a dance.”
